Forest Pond
"Forest Pond"

I love water and lakes and ponds in the forest are special and a bit mystical places, to me. I was interested in the reflections on the water and the see though quality of the water surface.

Spring is here!
I love tulips. I love growing them and arranging them in bouquets. But most of all I love looking at them and painting them. I took these photos last year - beautiful "black" tulips - the color is actually more like dark shades of purple and burgundy. Just beautiful - I can't wait to paint more of these lovely flowers!

Simple Accessories
Antique perfume bottles look gorgeous even without flowers. But dress them with a one or two flowers and you have a perfectly charming look. Other types of old or new bottles may be used as well.
